Kathleen Farrelly campaign expenses

As you may know, Ward One City Councillor Kathleen Farrelly has been asked to pay Laura Baily’s legal costs. It was ruled that they are considered “Expenses relating to a recount” Excerpt from the Municipal Elections Act, 1996
Councillor Farrelly is required to pay $11,707.35 to the Estate of Laura Baily.
