this whole subject is absurd! Guelph DOES need downtown facilities (Have you ever had a child needing to “go” while in the square?? Where do you take them?)
Instead of these outdoor things, put the porta potties and get them painted grey etc and put down where the pissoirs were going to be put. It would solve the male/female thing; it would be acceptable to use city funds; there would be sanitizers etc…much more sensible than the other idea.

PS-again thanks for getting our adult guard at Victoria-Eastview-what a relief to us-we could let our kids travel to/from school without worries. THANK YOU      AH
