Metcalfe Street

A number of MetcalfeSt. residents have expressed concern about street parking in proximity to the Elliott. City of Guelph and Elliott staff, the Chair of the Elliott, Councillor Beard and myself met with residents two weeks ago. It was agreed that another resident survey take place to review changes to street parking on Metcalfe.

Request for Expressions of Interest to Re-use the Ingram Farmhouse

Community members and organizations in both private and public sectors are invited to express their interest in making use of the Ingram Farmhouse located at 80 Simmonds Dr, Guelph. The City-owned, one and one-half storey farmhouse was built circa 1850 and measures 2000 square feet.

Snow Angels program launched

The Volunteer Centre of Guelph/Wellington, in agreement with the City of Guelph, has launched a new pilot project to match volunteers with seniors and those with disabilities who cannot afford snow removal services.
