A Vancouver based political advocacy organization is announcing the formation of a group based locally in Guelph. Guelph residents are partnering with Voters Taking Action on Climate Change (vtacc.org) to increase the focus on global warming during the Guelph by-election.
The group is offering Guelph residents non-partisan lawn signs declaring:
“Ï’m Voting for REAL Action on Climate Change.”
The purpose of the lawn signs is to keep global warming on the minds of politicians at all times, and show other concerned citizens in Guelph that they are not alone in their concerns.
To find out more about VTACC and what, according to their research, constitutes “REAL Action” on climate change, go to http:// www.vtacc.org .
