Hanlon Expressway Feedback

If the conversion of the Hanlon to a full-scale freeway is inevidable, then I do not support highway access at Kortright/Downey.
• If this is to be considered a 400-class highway, then such an interchange would be too close to the Stone Rd interchange for safety. Safety should not be compromised by other concerns.
