A letter sent to Liz Sandals re Hanlon Upgrade

I have been asked to forward the attached letter on behalf of the
citizen groups listed as signatories. We are seeking your active
involvement to bring about a City of Guelph/provincial partnership
with regards to the upgrading of the Hanlon. We feel that an
immediate and collaborative city/province approach will expedite the

Infrastructure shortfall needs $25M injection
